LIMITED SATURDAY TICKETS ON SALE LIMITED SATURDAY TICKETS ON SALE

A limited 250 Saturday tickets to Belladrum 2010 go on sale 9.00 AM Friday July 2nd. Tickets cost £55 (plus postage and booking fee) and are available only from www.thebooth.co.uk, www.ticketmaster.co.uk and in person at The Ironworks in Inverness. Buyers of Saturday tickets can attend the festival from 0900 on Saturday 7th August. Tickets include camping and parking with exception of campervan and caravan tickets which cost £25 (plus postage and booking fee)

FAT SAM’S MOTHER’S RUINFAT SAM’S MOTHER’S RUIN

Back again after last year’s rave reaction, the Mother’s Ruin dance stage will kick off with a Highland Junglists special Drum N Bass set sure to get the place jumping. A fresh injection of DJs featuring The LED (RockNess DJ competition winners) Alan Grant, Thundercat, Plainisfear, Ewan Williamson and Master Shake will be coming to the Ruin. Skinnyrocket from Paris will bring the distinct Parisian techno sound and sponsor Fat Sam’s will provide one of their amazing residents for both days of the festival. Audiolife DJ/promoter Alan Macpherson and producer/tech wizard King Minos return to Mother’s Ruin on Friday while producer/DJ Plexus comes out of hiding for Bella on the Saturday. The weekend will finish with a special set from ICA 2010 Best club winners Filth followed by a live set from We See Aliens (Robbie Dunsmore & Joystick Discoteque).

THE RAMONES – SORRY, REMAINSTHE RAMONES – SORRY, REMAINS

The best Ramones tribute band in Achiltibuie, The Remains, are coming to Bella! Playing the Venus Flytrap stage, the West Highlands’ finest will bring you the strains of the celebrated US punk heroes. Also on that stage, you can indulge your guilty secrets with Abba tribute band Gimme Abba. If you are worried about your friends seeing your ‘Dancing Queen’ rendition, then kill two birds with one stone and come heavily disguised in fancy dress. You might win our annual competition for free tickets to next year’s Bella.

Tomatin Distillery – home of the finest Highland single malt Scotch Whisky and located in the Monadhliath Mountains, just south of Inverness - are delighted to announce that they will be hosting the official whisky bar at Belladrum. Some of the features they have lined up include; the chance join the Tomatin crew on a whisky sampling flight, taking you from the 12 year old single malt through to a fabulous 40 year old with a few interesting stops on the way; spend some time speaking to the guys that actually work at the distillery and produce the marvellous uisge beatha; the Tomatin cocktail wizard will be conjuring up some old favourites as well as introducing some new creations – get the pitchers out!
