Your opportunity to hear from the experts about the UK's new cross-border fines enforcement legislation. This is a live webcast with officials from the Ministry of Justice and the European Commission and will allow you to learn the facts about the new system and to ask questions.
The European 'Mutual Recognition of Financial Penalties' process came into force in most of the UK on

st October, and is already in place in many other EU member states.
This new international system for enforcing fines across national borders has implications for the police, the courts, bailiffs and many others involved in issuing or collecting financial penalties.
