Happy New Year!
With the festivities of Christmas and New Year behind us, this is at the same time a point for reflection and looking forward. 2008 was a good year, we welcomed back more than ever repeat guests alongside many new ones, three bedrooms were full refurbished and more awards were added to our clutch. We look forward to 2009 with many more plans to develop and improve on what we already offer - more refurbishment both of bedrooms and back of house areas, new furniture planned and the promise of a challenging year ahead.
Whilst we can't do what we do without our team of dedicated staff, we certainly thank all our guests, old and new, for continuing to support us and help us to strive to improver and also for the feedback to know that what we do is largely for the better.
Thank to you all and we wish you a very happy and peaceful 2009.
Haste ye back!
Daniel and Rohaise
£99 deal still going!
Yes, we are still offering our classic rooms at just £99 per person, per night inclusive of room, breakfast and five course dinner (or just £198 per room, per night). With the exception of 13th-16th February this is valid right through until end March. Why not treat yourself to a little luxury without breaking the bank? You can even upgrade to a superior room (be sure to ask for a view!) for as little as an additional £30 per person! Book online, email us or call 01445 791242 to reserve your room.
Glorious Cheese - Friday 6th and Saturday 7th March 2009
After our success as wnner of Best Cheese Board at the 2007 British Cheese Awards and building on the success of our first event in 2008, we are again offering a cheese master class from renowned cheese expert Juliet Harbutt. Stay Friday and Saturday for a great weekend. On Saturday Juliet will lead a masterclass on judging a cheese by its cover followed later by a cheese challenge and awards with a sumptuous dinner prepared by Kevin and the team. The weekend starts from £230.00 per room per night inclusive of events, dinner, bed and breafast.

Inn receives complete facelift
As ever, the work continues during closure periods, this year being no exception. The Torridon Inn is receiving a complete revamp as you read this - the bar is being refitted with stylish wood, the bistro is 'cosied up' with new seating areas formed to create a much more intimate table setting, areas of the bar have been closed off, again to create cosier seating and to better use the space available.
The Inn will be having it's grand re-opening late in March 2009 - we have lots more to do before then but we are confident it will be worth it! The building will then truly live up to its ward winning status as Scotland's Pub of the year for the AA. As always, we look forward to seeing our guest's reactions to the new look - be sure to let us know your thoughts next time you are staying with us!
