As ever at this time of the year, we have some superb deals available for you to reserve. £99 deal You can stay for just £99 per person, per night inclusive of Dinner, Room and Breakfast. This offer applies to our classic bedrooms, however for just £39 per person, per night you can upgrade to a superior room with a garden or loch view! You stay, we pay New this month also - 'you stay, we pay'! Book for a two night stay any time from now until 22nd December inclusive and we will give you a reduction of £50 on your stay. Owing to two last minute cancellations, we now have two rooms (one classic double and our master suite) available for the Christmas break and we are offering a special rate if you read this newsletter and make a booking. Chef Jason 'Bruno' Birkbeck arrives... 
The food at The Torridon has always been of the highest quality and it is now in the care and attention of a new Head Chef, Jason ‘Bruno’ Birkbeck. Bruno’s world revolves around food and its creation and the roots of his passion, some would say, genius, lie within his family background. Bruno said, “Mother baked a lot. My brother and I only ever ate home-cooked food. She would buy a whole lamb or pig’s head and use the whole carcass. We learnt the value of good food.” A previous winner of young chef of the year, he has worked at such establishments as Northcote Manor, Gleneagles, The Samling and most recently at Hipping Hall. Bruno’s friendly and professional attitude has meant that he has fitted straight in at Torridon. There is a real buzz and excitement about the hotel and staff. The food coming from the kitchen is exciting and innovative while still focusing on the goal of simple things done very well. We hope that all our guests like the change as much as we do.

For thw whole month of November Dan has grown a moustache to raise money for 'Movember' a charity that raise awareness about men's health and specifically prostrate cancer. He managed to raise £535.00 and would like to say a big thank you to all those that sponsored him. |
